摘  要:风沙灾害带来的输电线路故障中线路绝缘子风偏、连接金具磨损等问题尤为突出。笔者从复合绝缘子伞裙和金具两方面展开抗风性能本质提升方法研究。首先在复合绝缘子伞裙部分研究引入新型高聚物环氧材料,开展了材料选型和改性研究,具备优异电气绝缘性能、耐老化性能和较高的机械性能,有效解决大风沙尘对复合绝缘子伞裙的损伤难题。然后对于绝缘子金具,采用添加抗磨损涂层的方式提升机械性能。通过溶胶-涂覆法在抛光后的金具表面制备保护型涂层,以Al_(2)O_(3)为主要涂层,ZrO_(2)为改善层,制备了不同层数的复合涂层,研究了ZrO_(2)对金具表面Al_(2)O_(3)涂层微结构的影响,在金具表面形成致密且平整的涂层。研究结果表明,通过对绝缘子伞裙和金具的整体设计与材料研究,有效提升了复合绝缘子抗风抗磨损性能。Due to wind and sand disasters, problems such as wind deviation of line insulators and wear of connection hardware are particularly prominent in power transmission line. In this paper, the new polymer epoxy material is applied to the composite insulator umbrella skirt, which has excellent electrical insulation performance, aging resistance and higher mechanical properties, and can effectively solve the problem of damage to the composite insulator umbrella skirt caused by strong wind. For insulator hardware, wear resistant coating is used to improve mechanical properties. The protective coating was prepared by sol-coating method on the surface of the hardware after polishing. The composite coating with different layers was prepared by taking Al_(2)O_(3) as the main coating and ZrO_(2) as the improvement layer. The results show that the Al_(2)O_(3) layer formed on the surface of the hardware has a higher crystallinity, and the recrystallization of Al_(2)O_(3) was prevented during the sintering process, and the boundary of Al_(2)O_(3) particles exists in the continuous ZrO_(2) clusters, thus forming a dense and smooth coating on the surface of the hardware, and improving the wind resistance and wear resistance of insulator hardware.
