摘　　要：为了有效预防套管渗漏油事件的发生,提高电抗器和变压器运行的稳定性和可靠性,文章阐述在变电站巡视过程中发现的一起500 kV电抗器低压套管渗漏油情况,通过对该类套管结构的介绍、异常情况的描述和检查、返厂的检查、密封结构的检查、密封垫圈参数的测量、弹簧力学的测试、套管密封压力及倾斜安装状态受力分析、套管内部油压计算等,分析了套管渗漏油的原因,提出了处理方法和预防措施,对后续电抗器和变压器套管的选型提出建议。In order to effectively prevent the oil leakage accident and improve the stability and reliability of reactor and transformer operation, the author analyses an oil leakage of 500 kV reactor low voltage bushing found during the inspection of substation. The introduction on bushing structure, description on abnormal conditions, inspection of returning to factory, inspection of sealing structure, measurement of sealing gasket parameters, test of spring mechanics, bushing sealing pressure and inclined installation state, calculation of casing internal oil pressure, etc have been analyzed. The treatment methods and preventive measures are put forward, and suggestions on the selection of reactor and transformer bushing are proposed.
