摘 要:以硼酸铝晶须(Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w))为填充材料,硅烷偶联剂550为表面处理剂,与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)通过熔融共混制备不同晶须含量的复合材料。研究晶须含量对复合材料的流动性能、力学性能、热学性能以及断面形貌的影响。结果表明:复合材料的熔体流动速率(MFR)均低于纯HDPE的相应值,热分解5%的温度(T;)均高于纯HDPE的相应值。结晶度(X;)随着晶须含量的增大先增加后降低,HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)的结晶度最高,为46.1%。此外,拉伸强度和冲击强度均随着晶须含量的增加而增大,而断裂伸长率先增大后减小,HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)的断裂伸长率最高。与纯HDPE相比,HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)的拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高9.28%、17.66%和2.42%,说明Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)的加入使HDPE的流动性降低,热稳定性提高,起增强增韧的作用。The composites with different whisker contents were prepared using aluminum borate whisker(Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w))as filler,silane coupling agent 550 as surface treatment agent and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)with melt blending.The effects of whisker content on the flow properties,mechanical properties,thermal properties and section morphology of the composites were studied.The results show that the melt flow rate(MFR)of the composites is lower than that of pure HDPE and the temperature of thermal decomposition of 5%(T;)is higher than that of pure HDPE.The crystallinity(X;)increases first and then decreases with the increasing of whisker content,and the crystallinity of HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)is the highest,which is 46.1%.In addition,the tensile strength and impact strength increase with the increasing of whisker content,while the elongation at break increases first and then decreases.The elongation at break of HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)is the highest.Compared with pure HDPE,the tensile strength,impact strength and elongation at break of HDPE/Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)(5.0%)increase by 9.28%,17.66%and 2.42%respectively.So the addition of Al_(18)B_(4)O_(33w)reduces the fluidity of the composites,improves the thermal stability,and enhances the strengthening and toughening.
