摘 要:以碳纳米管(CNTs)包覆超细全硫化丁腈粉末橡胶(NB-UFPR)复合微球为导电剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚氯乙烯/碳纳米管-超细全硫化丁腈粉末橡胶(PVC/CNTs-(NB-UFPR))复合材料,并对复合材料的表面电阻率、CNTs分散性和力学性能进行研究。结果表明:相较于PVC/CNTs复合材料,当NB-UFPR为8份,CNTs导电剂逾渗阈值降至3份,PVC复合材料的表面电阻率降至4.0×10^(7)Ω。此外,PVC复合材料的冲击强度由2.27 kJ/m;增至7.17 kJ/m^(2),耐热性也略有提高。因此,NB-UFPR对CNTs的辅助分散作用,使PVC/CNTs-(NB-UFPR)复合材料具有优异的抗静电性和力学性能,进一步扩大PVC材料的应用范围。PVC/CNTs-(NB-UFPR)composites were prepared by melt blending of nitrile-butadiene ultrafine fullvulcanized powered rubber particles(NB-UFPR)coated by carbon nanotubes(CNTs)as conducting agent with polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The surface resistivity,CNTs dispersion,and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that compared with PVC/CNTs composites,when NB-UFPR is 8 phr,the percolation threshold of CNTs conductive agent is decreased to 3 phr,and the surface resistivity of PVC composites is decreased to 4.0×10^(7)Ω.Besides,the impact strength of PVC/CNTs-(NB-UFPR)composites increases from 2.27 kJ/m^(2) to 7.17 kJ/m;,and the tensile strength and heat resistance also increases slightly.Therefore,PVC/CNTs-(NB-UFPR)composites have excellent antistatic and mechanical properties with the assisting dispersion effect of NB-UFPR on CNTs,which further expands application range of PVC materials.
