摘  要:为优化某聚丙烯(PP)汽车遮阳帘导轨注塑成型的平整度,以模腔温度、注射压力、保压时间和料筒温度为影响因素,基于正交试验探究工艺参数的优化方案。不同工艺参数对平整度的影响程度排序为:模腔温度>保压时间>料筒温度>注射压力。优化的工艺参数组合为:模腔温度45℃,注射压力65 MPa,保压时间9.5 s,料筒温度230℃。优化工艺下导轨的平整度为2.045 mm,相比初始工艺结果下降41.7%,并达到设计要求。实际注塑成型试模样品的外观及尺寸均满足要求,验证优化工艺的合理性。In order to optimize the flatness of injection molding of a polypropylene(PP)automobile sunshade slide way,the optimization scheme of process parameters was explored based on orthogonal test with the cavity temperature,injection pressure,holding time and barrel temperature as influencing factors.The influence order of different process parameters on flatness is that cavity temperature>holding time>barrel temperature>injection pressure.The optimized process parameters are that the cavity temperature is 45℃,the injection pressure is 65 MPa,the holding time is 9.5 s,the barrel temperature is 230℃.The flatness of the slide way under the optimized process is 2.045 mm,which is 41.7%lower than the initial process results and meets the design requirements.The appearance and size of the actual injection molding sample meet the requirements,and the rationality of the optimization process is verified.
