创意经济背景下文化创意旅游业发展的回望与前瞻——以柳州老工业区再开发为个案考察

摘　　要：柳州市作为典型的传统工业城市,也正处于发展压力和加快转型发展最为关键时期,加快推动经济增长方式转变,推进文化创意产业的发展是必然趋势。结合区域拥有独特的民族风情、民族文化形态、工业文化等实际,强化和实施旅游业与文化创意产业相结合而衍生的产业类型——文化创意旅游突破发展战略,将文化创意旅游作为文化创意产业的重点推进领域,此举推动了柳州经济结构转变、升级,使文化创意旅游业成为柳州城市特色化和产业化转型升级与创新发展的新引擎。As a typical traditional industrial city,Liuzhou is also in the most critical period of development pressure and accelerated transformation and development.It is an inevitable trend to accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode and promote the development of cultural and creative industries.Combined with the fact that the region has unique ethnic customs,ethnic cultural forms,industrial culture,etc.,strengthen and implement the industry type derived from the combination of tourism and cultural and creative industries-cultural and creative tourism breakthrough development strategy,and regard cultural and creative tourism as a cultural and creative industry.key areas of advancement.This move has promoted the transformation and upgrading of Liuzhou's economic structure,making cultural and creative tourism a new engine for the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of Liuzhou's urban characteristics and industrialization.
