摘　　要：欧洲职业足球俱乐部所有权包括会员协会、政府、私人和公众公司等4种不同形式,国际化特点明显。所有权变更后,对私人所有权形式俱乐部的财务表现有正面影响。新冠疫情对欧洲职业足球俱乐部所有权产生较大影响。美国职业球队以个人和家族所有为主,财力雄厚,所有权稳定。所有权变更对运动成绩无明显影响。结合中国职业俱乐部的所有权现状和历史变迁,对中国职业体育俱乐部所有权制度创新的启示:一是探讨会员协会制度创新的可行性;二是引进国际资本投资我国职业俱乐部;三是确有必要上市的俱乐部可以争取到海外上市。The ownership of European professional football clubs includes four different forms: member associations, governments, private and public companies.The change of ownership has a positive impact on the financial performance of private ownership clubs.The COVID-19 pandemic is having a big impact on the ownership of professional football clubs in Europe.Professional teams in the United States are dominated by individuals and families, with deep pockets and stable ownership.Ownership change has no obvious effect on sports performance.Combined with the ownership status and historical changes of professional clubs in China, the enlightenment of ownership system innovation of professional sports clubs in China is as follows: First, the feasibility of member association system innovation can be discussed.Secondly, the introduction of international capital investment in China’s professional clubs.Thirdly, clubs can be listed overseas if necessary.
