摘 要:健身活动在增强体质的同时,健身活动中的人际交往方式也会对其参与健身产生影响。以社会资本为理论基础,通过对1 194名调查者的问卷调查,经过实证来分析健身者的个体社会资本对其健身动机的影响过程。分析发现,个体社会资本对健身动机具有显著影响作用,但是针对健身动机的不同维度而言,其具体影响还存在一定的差异性。研究证实:个体运动社交网络规模的扩大有助于提升其健身动机;同时个体运动社交网络顶端的提升有助于提升其健身动机;个体运动社交网络异质性增加也助于提升其健身动机;个体运动社交网络以弱关系构成为主有助于提升其健身动机。While fitness activities enhance physique, the interpersonal interaction style under fitness activities can also have an impact on their participation in fitness. In this paper, based on social capital as the theoretical basis, through questionnaire survey of 1 194 respondents, and after empirical analysis, the authors find out the process of influence of individual social capital of fitness people on their fitness motivation. Individual social capital has a significant effect on fitness motivation, but there are some differences in the specific effects on different dimensions of fitness motivation. The study confirms that: the expansion of the size of individual sports social network helps to enhance their fitness motivation;the increase of the top of individual sports social network helps to enhance their fitness motivation;the increase of heterogeneity of individual sports social network helps to enhance their fitness motivation;the weak relationship composition of individual sports social network helps to enhance their fitness motivation.
