柏子养心汤加减联合针灸治疗围绝经期失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柏子养心汤加减联合针灸治疗围绝经期失眠患者临床疗效。方法将2018年3月—2020年8月收治入院的围绝经期失眠患者92例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、PSQI积分、生活质量及血清性激素FSH、E_(2)的测定。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为89.13%(41/46)、60.87%(28/46),不良反应发生率分别为0%和21.73%(10/46);治疗前后,治疗组的睡眠质量和生活质量均有明显改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)积分分别为(6.74±2.21)和(10.83±3.52),治疗组较优,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清中血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显增加、雌激素(E_(2))水平明显减少(P<0.05);对照组无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论柏子养心汤加减联合针灸治疗能提高围绝经期失眠患者的临床疗效,且无不良反应发生,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baizi Yangxin Decoction(柏子养心汤) and acupuncture on perimenopausal insomnia patients.Methods A total of 92 cases of perimenopause insomnia patients admitted from March 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,and the clinical treatment effect,PSQI score,quality of life,serum sex hormones FSH and E_(2) in the two groups were observed.Result After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 89.13%(41/46) in the treatment group and 60.87%(28/46) in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0 and 21.73%(10/46),respectively.Before and after treatment,the sleep quality and life quality of the treatment group were significantly improved,and were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the treatment group and the control group were(6.74±2.21)points and(10.83±3.52)points,respectively.After treatment,the serum levels of FSH were significantly increased and E_(2) significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Baizi Yangxin Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of perimenopausal patients with insomnia,and there are no adverse reactions.
