摘　　要：湿热秘是慢性便秘临床辨治中的常见中医分型,但在目前教材及诊疗共识中少见专门论述。杨春波教授系全国第三届国医大师,擅长湿热秘的临证辨治,强调要抓住大便黏腻、排便不爽、舌苔黄腻等重要舌脉症特征,综合地域、个体体质等,在运用清化湿热治法之时并调气、血、阴、阳之偏,疗效显著。Dampness-heat constipation is a common TCM classification in clinical differentiation and treatment of chronic constipation,but it is rarely discussed in the current teaching materials and consensus opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Yang Chunbo is the third national master of traditional Chinese medicine,who is good at clinical differentiation and treatment of dampness-heat constipation,emphasizing that it is necessary to grasp the important features of tongue and pulse diseases,such as sticky stool,uncomfortable defecation,yellow and greasy tongue coating,and to synthesize regional and individual differences.When using the treatment of clearing away dampness and heat regulating qi blood,Yin,Yary bias.
