摘　　要：为探究中草药复方制剂对团头鲂免疫组织形态和血液指标的影响。试验选取1 050尾平均体重为(50.00±1.80) g的健康团头鲂,随机分为7组(A1、A2、B3、B4、C5、C6、D7),每组设3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼。试验分别在全价饵料配方中添加2%和4%不同的中草药复方制剂(A、B、C)。试验期28 d。结果显示,对照组(D7)、A1组和A2组的团头鲂其脾、肾、肠组织在14 d后出现病变迹象,且随着投喂时间延长组织病变加重;B3组、B4组、C5组和C6组团头鲂在28 d投喂期间均保持健康状态。饲养28 d,C5、C6组团头鲂的白细胞数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C6组团头鲂的血红蛋白含量在14和21 d时显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C6组团头鲂的红细胞数量在试验第14、21和28 d时均为最高(P<0.05)。研究表明,以金盏花、杜仲和黄芪三种天然植物为组分的复方制剂,对团头鲂的非特异性免疫功能均有不同程度的增强效果,其中以黄芪微粉为主,金盏花和杜仲微粉为辅复方制剂的增强效果最佳。The experiment was to investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations on immune tissue morphology and blood index of blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala). 1 050 healthy Megalobrama amblycephala with an average body weight of(50.00±1.80) g were randomly divided into seven groups(A1, A2, B3, B4,C5, C6 and D7) with three replicates in each group and 50 fish in each replicate. 2% and 4% Chinese herbal compound preparation(A, B and C) were added to the complete diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that the immune tissues such as spleen, kidney and intestine of the control group(D7), group A1 and group A2 showed signs of pathological changes. With the extension of feeding, the pathological changes were aggravated, while the immune tissues of group B3, group B4 and group C5, group C6 were kept healthy during feeding for 28 d. The leukocytes number of group C5, group C6 was significantly higher than control group at 28 d(P<0.05). The hemoglobin content of group C6 was significantly higher than control group at 14 and 21 d(P<0.05). The number of erythrocytes of group C6 was also significantly higher than the control group at 14, 21 and 28 d(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the compound preparation composed of Calendula officinalis, Eucommia ulmoides and Astragalus can enhance the non-specific immune function of blunt Megalobrama amblycephala to varying degrees, and Astragalus micropowder is the main ingredient, while the compound preparation supplemented by Calendula officinalis and Eucommia ulmoides has the best enhancement effect.
