摘 要:试验旨在研究添加无籽刺梨渣对多花木蓝青贮蛋白质降解的影响。试验分为4组,即对照组(CK组)、5%刺梨渣添加组(CLA组)、10%添加组(CLB组)和20%添加组(CLC组),每组12个重复,分别于青贮第5、15、30、40 d采样测定营养价值、氮组分及植物蛋白酶活性。结果显示,添加刺梨渣使多花木蓝青贮干物质(DM)和水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量显著提升(P<0.05);CLC组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);CLC组pH值、氨态氮/总氮(NH3-N/TN)及乙酸的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加刺梨渣对多花木蓝青贮蛋白降解具有抑制作用。研究表明,不同比例刺梨渣添加对多花木蓝青贮营养成分、发酵特性和抑制蛋白降解均具有改善作用。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding seedless Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace on degradation of Indigofera amblyantha silage protein. The experiment was divided into the four groups, namely as group(CK group), 5% Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace addition group(CLA group), 10% addition group(CLB group) and 20%addition group(CLC group), with 12 replicates in each group. The nutritional value, nitrogen component and plant protease activity were measured by sampling on the 5 th, 15 th, 30 th and 40 th day of silage, respectively. The results showed that DM and WSC content of indigofera amblyantha silage were significantly increased by adding seedless Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace(P<0.05). The neutral detergent fiber(NDF) of the CLC group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The pH value, ammoniacal nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH3-N/TN) and acetic acid content in CLC group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The addition of Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace inhibited the degradation of Indigofera amblyantha silage protein. The experiment indicates that the addition of different proportions of Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace improve the nutritional components, fermentation characteristics and inhibitory protein degradation of indigofera amblyantha silage.
