摘 要:超导导体的力学性能是影响其载流特性和交流损耗的重要因素之一,随着未来聚变堆超导磁体参数的进一步提升,电磁载荷及循环对导体性能的影响日益突出,因此设计一个超导导体压力机装置,对未来CFETR导体的研制具有重大意义。该装置采用L型杠杆臂的原理,通过机械压缩来模拟导体真实的电磁载荷及循环工况,对超导导体进行40 000次可变负载的周期测试,横向最大载荷为825 kN。通过进一步对传动结构关键部件的强度校核,结果表明该压力机满足设计要求。The mechanical properties of the superconducting conductor are one of the important factors affecting its current transport performance and AC loss. With the further improvement of the superconducting magnet parameters of fusion reactors in the future, the influence of electromagnetic loads and cycles on the conductor performance is increasingly prominent. Therefore, designing a superconducting conductor press is of great significance for the future development of CFETR conductor.The device adopted the principle of the L-type lever arm to simulate the real electromagnetic load and cycle conditions of the conductor through mechanical compression, and to periodically test the superconducting conductor for 40,000 variable loads, with a transverse maximum load of 825 kN.By further checking the strength of the key components of the transmission structure, the results show that the press meets the design requirements.
