摘　　要：主要介绍了消失模铸铁件表面鼓包缺陷的原因及解决方法,通过采用TXSG-870特种涂料后,较好地解决了消失模铸铁件表面的鼓包缺陷,提高了铸件表面质量。该涂料具有良好的烧结剥离性,附着力很高,涂层强度高,烘干后很难被水浸润破坏等特点。This paper mainly introduces the causes and solutions of surface bulge defects of EPC iron castings.After used TXSG-870 special coating,the surface bulge defect of EPC for iron casting was better solved,and the surface quality of the casting was improved.The coating has the characteristics of good sintering peeling,high adhesion,high coating strength and hard to be damaged by water after drying.
