摘  要:为消纳机制砂生产过程中产生的洗砂污泥,文中利用锂云母锂渣与水泥之间的相互协同效应及利用机制砂洗砂污泥制备免烧免蒸砖,并对其性能进行研究。研究结果表明:洗砂污泥免烧免蒸砖的抗压强度及软化系数随着水泥及锂云母锂渣用量的增加而提高,通过增加免烧免蒸砖中锂云母锂渣的用量可有效降低水泥的用量。综合考虑免烧免蒸砖的性能及成本,确定机制砂洗砂污泥免烧免蒸砖的最佳配比为10%水泥、27%锂渣、63%机制砂洗砂污泥,此时免烧免蒸砖的28d抗压强度及软化系数分别为15.3MPa和0.81,达到了JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》MU15要求。In order to absorb the sand washing sludge produced in the production of machine-made sand,the non burning and non steaming brick of machine-made sand washing sludge was prepared by using the synergistic effect between lithium mica lithium slag and cement,and its performance was studied.The results show that the compressive strength and softening coefficient of sand washing sludge non fired and non steamed brick increase with the increase of the amount of cement and lithium mica lithium slag.Increasing the amount of lithium mica lithium slag in non fired and non steamed brick can effectively reduce the amount of cement.Comprehensively considering the performance and cost of non fired and non steamed brick of machine-made sand washing sludge,it is determined that the best ratio of non fired and non steamed brick is 10%cement,27%lithium slag and 63%machine-made sand washing sludge.At this time,the 28d compressive strength and softening coefficient of non fired and non steamed brick are 15.3MPa and 0.81 respectively,meeting the requirements of Mu15 of non sintered waste tailings brick(JC/T 422-2007)。
