摘 要:针对传统技术在预制构件施工现场吊装应用中,施工耗时比较长,经常需要重复吊装等问题,文中提出预制构件施工现场吊装技术,通过对主索、起重索和牵引索进行动力学分析,确定预制构件吊装动力参数,采用塔式吊装机对预制构件进行吊装施工,并在施工过程中对吊装关键环节进行控制,确保吊装施工有序进行,以此完成预制构件施工现场的吊装。实验结果表明,采用设计技术对预制构件进行吊装,可以缩短吊装时间,在该方面,设计技术优于传统技术,具有良好的可靠性和可行性。For the application of traditional technology in the construction site hoisting of prefabricated components,the construction time is relatively long and often needs repeated lifting.Therefore,the construction site hoisting technology of prefabricated components is proposed.Carry out dynamic analysis on the main cable,lifting rope and traction cable,determine the hoisting power parameters of prefabricated components,use the tower hoisting installation,and control the hoisting key links in the construction process to ensure the orderly hoisting construction,so as to complete the construction site hoisting of prefabricated components.The experimental results show that the hoisting time of the applied design technology for the prefabricated components is relatively short,which is better than the traditional technology in this respect and has good reliability and feasibility.
