摘　　要：随着我国经济快速发展,国家大型房建工程、道路等房屋及基础设施的快速发展,钻孔灌注桩被广泛地应用于工程中,但灌注桩对多余超灌这部分混凝土,应当在基础承台等下一道工序施工前凿除,并确保凿除后桩头混凝土密实不松散,同时在凿除过程中要做到文明施工和环境保护,为此寻求一种方便、迅速、节约、环保移除桩头超灌混凝土作业技术就极为重要。文中结合工程实际,分析了桩基预留钢筋保护套整体移除桩头施工技术的适用范围、技术特点、工艺原理。提出了施工质量安全与文明环保控制措施。With the rapid development of my country's economy and the rapid development of large-scale housing construction projects,roads and other housing and infrastructure,bored piles have been widely used in engineering,but the piles have overfilled the excess concrete.It should be removed before the next step of construction such as the foundation cap,and ensure that the pile head concrete is not loose and dense after removal.At the same time,civilized construction and environmental protection should be done during the removal process.For this purpose,a convenient and rapid method should be sought,Saving and environmental protection The technology of removing pile head overfilled concrete is extremely important.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper analyzes the application scope,technical characteristics and process principle of the construction technology of integral removal of pile head with reserved reinforcement protective sleeve of pile foundation.The control measures of construction quality,safety,civilization and environmental protection are put forward.
