摘　　要：目的分析我院肿瘤内科2019年第4季度恶性肿瘤住院患者药物联合治疗输液顺序的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法制定抗肿瘤药物联合治疗静脉输液顺序合理性评价标准,提取我院肿瘤内科2019年第4季度接受药物联合治疗患者输液卡上治疗药物的输液时间,分析并评价药物联合治疗输液顺序的合理性。结果 2019年第4季度我院肿瘤内科接受药物联合治疗的患者共计215例次,涉及治疗方案37种。其中3种治疗方案输液顺序不合理,涉及患者10例次,占比12.7%。结论我院肿瘤内科2019年第4季度抗肿瘤药物联合治疗静脉输液顺序总体合理,但仍存在一些亟需改进的不合理之处,以进一步提高合理用药水平。Objectiv eTo analyze the rationality of the intravenous infusion sequence of drugs for inpatients with malignant tumors during the fourth quarter of 2019 in our oncology department, and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The evaluation criteria for rationality of intravenous infusion sequence of anti-tumor drugs in combination therapy were formulated, and the drug infusion time on the card of patients who received drug-combination therapy in the fourth quarter of 2019 was extracted. Then the rationality of drug infusion sequence was evaluated and analyzed.Results In the fourth quarter of 2019, a total of 215 person-time received combination therapy with anti-tumor drugs in the oncology department, involving 37 treatment protocols. There were 3 treatment protocols with improper drug infusion sequence, involving 10 person-time, accounting for 12.7%.Conclusion In the fourth quarter of 2019, the intravenous infusion sequence of anti-tumor drugs in the combination therapy was generally reasonable in the oncology department of our hospital, but there were still a few unreasonable points that need to be improved to further increase the level of rational drug use.
