摘 要:混凝土结构内部孔洞的探测方法有多种,但每种方法的识别精度、识别效率与适用条件各不相同。利用混凝土实体模型,分别采用声波法、声波CT法、超声相控阵法和探地雷达法探测了结构内部孔洞缺陷的埋深和尺寸,通过对比分析,总结出各检测方法的优点及局限性,即在混凝土内部孔洞的埋深识别中,探地雷达法的识别精度最高,声波CT法次之,超声相控阵法略低于声波CT法,声波法无法识别孔洞到检测面的距离;在混凝土内部孔洞的尺寸识别中,超声相控阵法的识别精度最高,声波CT法次之,声波法偏差较大,探地雷达法在只有一对检测面时无法识别孔洞尺寸。There are many methods to detect internal holes in the concrete structures, but each method has different recognition accuracy, efficiency and applicable conditions. In this paper, using a concrete model, acoustic wave method, acoustic CT method, ultrasonic phased array method and ground penetrating radar(GPR) method are used to detect the depth and the size of holes in the concrete structure. Through comparative analysis, the advantages and limitations of the above detection methods are summarized as follows. In the identification of the depth of holes in concrete, GPR has the highest identification accuracy, followed by acoustic CT method, while ultrasonic phased array method is slightly lower than acoustic CT method, while acoustic method cannot identify the distance between holes and detection surface;In the size identification of concrete internal holes, the ultrasonic phased array method has the highest recognition accuracy, followed by acoustic CT method, and the acoustic method has a large deviation. The GPR cannot recognize the hole size when there is only one pair of detection surfaces.
