摘  要:通过考察基础油、抗氧剂对460号油膜轴承油抗氧化性能的影响,进行460号油膜轴承油配方优化,以改善其抗氧化性能。实验表明:以150BS光亮油-5为基础油,加入0.75%油膜轴承油复合剂、0.8%复配抗氧剂(酚型F3∶胺型A4为2∶1),制备的460号油膜轴承油旋转氧弹氧化诱导期为1588 min,远高于指标要求,且较优化前有大幅提高,同时破乳化性能也得到一定的改善。An experiment was made on the film bearing oil 460 with optimized formulation to identify the influence of base oil and antioxidants on its oxidation resistance. The results show that the film bearing oil 460 prepared with 150 BS-5 base oil, 0.75% film bearing oil complexing agent and 0.8% compound antioxidant(the ratio of phenolic antioxidant F3 to amine antioxidant A4 is 2∶1) exhibits an oxidation induction time(OIT) of 1,588 min in the rotating bomb oxidation test(RBOT), which is far greater than the indicator value. Besides, its oxidation resistance is enhanced remarkably, and its demulsification is also improved to a certain extent.
