摘  要:合成了一种新型结构的烷苯基苯三唑衍生物,测定了该化合物在基础油中的溶解性、热稳定性和防锈等性能。结果表明:所制备的添加剂油溶性好,热稳定性高,当添加剂量达0.3%时,基本达到无锈标准;单独使用时其抗盐雾性较差,与咪唑啉等量复配后性能可提高4倍。此外该添加剂具有极压抗磨性能,是一种多功能润滑油添加剂。An alkylbenzene benzotriazole derivative with novel structure was synthesized and its properties in base oil, such as solubility, thermal stability and anti-rust ability, were measured. The results indicate that the additive made from the alkylphenyl benzotriazole derivative has good oil solubility and high thermal stability, and a dosage of 0.3% alkylbenzene benzotriazole additive can basically keep the lubricant rust free. The salt spray corrosion resistance of the additive is poor when it is used alone, but becomes fourfold when it is compounded with imidazoline in the same amount. Moreover, the alkylbenzene benzotriazole derivative has extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, serving as a multi-purpose lubricating oil additive.
