工业齿轮油不同黏度级别通读规则研究

摘　　要：工业齿轮箱在国民经济各领域应用十分广泛,工业齿轮油的使用量也随之逐年增加。文章通过对工业齿轮油配方特点、DIN 51517-3和Flender AS7300等具有行业影响力的齿轮油技术规格中的通读规则进行分析,并结合国内工业齿轮油产品现状,提出了不同黏度级别通读规则建议,合理简化测试项目,以提升齿轮油的出厂效率,减少生产检测环节重复浪费。Industrial gearbox is widely used in all sectors of national economy, and the use of industrial gear oils is also increasing year by year. This paper analyzed the characteristics of industrial gear oil formula and the road-across rules in specifications for gear oils with industry influence such as DIN 51517-3 and Flender AS7300. Based on the current situation of Chinese industrial gear oil products, this paper proposed the recommended road-across rules for industrial gear oils with different viscosity grades and the rationally simplified testing items, so as to improve the factory delivery efficiency of gear oils and reduce the repetition and waste of resources and time in production and testing.
