摘 要:有源中点箝位(ANPC)拓扑因损耗分布均匀,广泛应用于逆变器场合,使用SiC器件可进一步提高效率。提高开关频率可提高功率密度,但SiC器件的开关损耗显著增加。此处提出一种单相ANPC软开关逆变器,可实现主开关管的零电压开关(ZVS),降低了开关损耗,提高了效率。首先叙述了软开关电路的工作原理,接着介绍了谐振参数设计的基本准则及其流程,通过仿真对比了两种辅管调制策略的特点,最后搭建了一台500 W/200kHz的ANPC软开关逆变器来验证理论分析。Active neutral point clamp(ANPC)topology is widely used in inverter applications due to its uniform loss distribution.The use of SiC devices can further improve efficiency.Increasing the switching frequency can increase power density,but the switching losses of SiC devices increase significantly.A single phase ANPC soft switching inerter is proposed.The main switch tube can realize the zero voltage switching(ZVS),thus,the switching loss is redu-ced and the efficiency is improved.Firstly,the working principle of the soft switching circuit is described.Next,the basic principles and procedures of resonance parameter design are introduced.The characteristics of the two auxiliary tube modulation strategies are compared through simulation.Finally,a 500 W/200 kHz ANPC soft switching inverter is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
