摘 要:扫描磁铁电源是质子医疗设备的关键部件,其提供的高精度、低纹波、快速变化的励磁电流是质子医疗中扫描磁铁能够精确控制质子束流偏转、扩展的保障。研制了一种基于高、低压H桥混合级联的扫描磁铁电源,包括硬件结构与控制策略,其中,高压H桥保证电流的动态要求,低压H桥实现电流的精度要求。仿真与实验结果均表明,研制的扫描磁铁电源在额定输出电流下精度为0.023‰,纹波为0.024‰,电流变化率达到156kA/s,满足设计指标要求。Scanning magnet power supply is a key component of proton medical equipment,the high precision,low ripple and fast changing excitation current provided by the scanning magnet power supply is the guarantee that the scanning magnet can accurately control the deflection and expansion of proton beam in proton medical equipment.A scanning magnet power supply based on the hybrid cascade of high and low voltage H bridge is developed,including the hardware structure and control strategy.Among them,the high voltage H bridge ensures the dynamic requirements of current,and the low voltage H bridge realizes the precision requirements of current.The simulation and experimen-tal results show that the developed scanning magnet power supply has a precision of 0.023‰,a ripple of 0.024‰and a current change rate of 156 kA/s at rated output current,which meets the design requirements.
