摘　　要：随着电网质量要求的不断提高,静止无功发生器(SVG)的应用越来越广泛,而绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)功率模块作为SVG的核心单元,其可靠性关系着电网运行的稳定性,所以IGBT功率模块的测试具有重要的作用。目前,现有IGBT功率模块的测试仪存在体积大、笨重、成本高等缺点,不适合现场测试与售后服务使用,亟需设计一套具备便于携带和成本低等优点的IGBT功率模块自动测试仪。With the continuous development of power grid quality requirements,static var generator(SVG) is more and more widely used.Insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) power module as the core unit of SVG,the reliability of IGBT power module is related to the stability of power grid operation.Therefore,the test of IGBT power module plays an important role.At present,the existing IGBT power module tester has the disadvantages of large volume,heavy and high cost,which is not suitable for on-site testing and after-sales service.It is urgent to design a set of IGBT power module automatic tester with the advantages of easy to carry and low cost.
