摘  要:为解决高产液页岩气井排采难题,对页岩气井潜油电泵排水采气技术开展研究。研究认为,运用井下气液分离技术、宽幅变量排液技术、变频防气锁技术等页岩气井潜油电泵排采技术可提高潜油电泵对不同气井返排特征的适应能力。JY**-2HF井等3口井的试验应用表明,该技术对于高产液页岩气井的具有较好的适用性,能够满足垂深超3500m页岩气井的连续高效排采要求,具有较高的推广价值。In order to address the problem of drainage and production of high-yield liquid shale gas wells,the gas recovery technology in shale gas wells was studied by water draining with the submersible electric pump.The findings reveal that the application of downhole gas-liquid separation technology,wide variable drainage technology,frequency conversion anti-gas lock technology and others can improve the adaptability of the electric submersible pump to the flowback characteristics of different gas wells.The experimental application of three JY**-2 HF wells shows that this technology has good applicability to the shale gas wells with high-yield liquid, and can meet the requirements for continuous and efficient drainage of shale gas wells with the vertical depth of more than 3500 m,which is worth wider application.
