芜荑中药饮片地方标准医学内容的比较与本草考证

摘　　要：比较全国各省现执行版的中药饮片炮制规范含有芜荑的医学标准内容,发现存在标准不统一,有明显差异等问题。通过考察历代本草记载的芜荑性味归经和功用,分析《普济方》数据库系统中含芜荑的古代复方所治疗病证的分布和构成,对芜荑的医学标准内容加以客观、科学的佐证,建议可将芜荑的饮片标准统一为"性温,味辛、苦。入脾、胃经。功用主治为杀虫消积,温中止泻,用于虫积腹痛,小儿疳积;冷痢,久泻久痢;疥癣,恶疮"。以此为例,提出可以通过对中药材进行基原、药性、功用等方面进行本草考证,结合现代科学技术,量化药物的药效或有效成分的含量,从而构建中药完整科学的质量标准体系。Comparing the current version of the processing specifications of traditional Chinese medicine prepared in all provinces in China, it is found that there are some problems, such as inconsistent standards and obvious differences. By investigating the nature, taste and function of Wuyi(Ulmus macrocarpa Hance) recorded in the herbal medicine of past dynasties, this paper analyzed the distribution and composition of diseases and syndromes treated by the ancient compounds containing Wuyi(Ulmus macrocarpa Hance) in the database system of Puji Recipe, objectively and scientifically supporting the medical standard content of Wuyi and suggesting that the standard of decoction pieces of Wuyi(Ulmus macrocarpa Hance) can be unified as "warm in nature, pungent and bitter in taste;entering the spleen and stomach meridians;killing insects and eliminating accumulation, warming the middle and stopping diarrhea being the functions;used for insect accumulation, abdominal pain, infantile malnutrition, cold dysentery, long diarrhea, long dysentery, scabies and scabies." Taking this as an example, it is proposed that the pharmacodynamics or the content of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine can be quantified through the textual research on the basis, drug properties and functions of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern science and technology, so as to build a complete and scientific quality standard system of traditional Chinese medicine.
