摘　　要：连翘属中医清热药,具有清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热等功效,为"疮家圣药",目前在临床上广泛用于溃疡、疥疮等与炎症相关疾病的治疗。研究显示连翘多种提取物以及多种活性成分如连翘酯苷A等均具有抗炎作用。连翘主要通过影响NF-κB、JAK/STAT、MAPK等炎症相关信号通路从而影响体内相关酶的活性、炎症介质的合成发挥抗炎作用,还能通过影响与能量代谢、脂质代谢和蛋白质代谢相关的代谢物发挥抗炎作用。通过查阅连翘抗炎作用相关文献,对连翘的抗炎活性成分、作用机制及主要相关信号通路进行综述,从而为连翘抗炎作用的进一步研究提供参考。Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae) is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying, eliminating swelling and dispersing the mass and evacuating heat, and is a “holy medicine for skin and external disease”. It is widely used in the treatment of ulcer, scabies and other inflammation-related diseases in clinic at present. A variety of extracts of Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae) and its active components such as Forsythoside A, and so on play anti-inflammatory role. Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae) plays an anti-inflammatory role by affecting the activity of related enzymes and synthesis of inflammatory mediators in vivo mainly though affecting inflammatory related signaling pathways such as NF-κB,JAK/STAT and MAPK and synthesis of inflammatory mediators. It also can exert anti-inflammatory effects by affecting metabolites related to energy metabolism, lipid metabolism and protein metabolism. This article reviewed the anti-inflammatory active components, mechanism and main signal pathways of Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae) by consulting the relevant literature on the anti-inflammatory effect of Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae), so as to provide a reference for further research on the anti-inflammatory effect of Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae).
