基于调控软骨细胞代谢的中药牛膝防治骨关节炎的药效物质基础和作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：目的综述中药牛膝及其有效成分通过调控软骨细胞代谢防治骨关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA)机制研究进展,对其作用机理进行分析和探究。方法深入分析近10年中药牛膝提取物及其有效单体成分通过调控软骨细胞代谢防治OA机制及基础研究的国内外文献,对筛选出的文献进行分析总结并提出研究展望。结果基于中药牛膝的主要功能性成分,总结了OA的临床特点、治疗现状以及软骨代谢与OA之间的作用机制;进一步阐明了中药牛膝在调控软骨细胞代谢以防治OA的研究进展和意义。结论中药牛膝及其有效成分防治骨关节炎的研究具有显著的作用效果、良好的利用价值及推广前景。其药理机制,特别是结合中医药理论的药物临床研究尚显不足,尚需进一步深入探究。Objective To make a generalization over the advancement in researching the functional mechanism of Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) and its active ingredients towards the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis by regulating the chondrocyte metabolism and further analyze and explore the mechanism functions. Methods The documents at home and abroad in the past ten year were collected, sorted out, analyzed and further prospected to the issue of the physical medical effectiveness and functional mechanism of Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) in preventing and curing osteoarthritis by regulating the chondrocyte metabolism. Results Based on the main functional components of Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), the clinical characteristics, treatment status and the mechanism between chondrocyte metabolism and OA were summarized. The research progress and significance of Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) regulating chondrocyte metabolism to prevent and treat OA were further clarified. Conclusion The research on the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis by Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) and its effective components have significant effect, good utilization value and popularization prospect. Its pharmacological mechanism, especially the clinical research combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, is still insufficient and needs to be further explored.
