摘　　要：甘草甜素是甘草中的重要有效成分,具有抗病毒、抗炎、保肝、保护神经、抗癌等药理作用,可用于治疗肝炎、肝纤维化、肝癌、SARS-冠状病毒、2019新型冠状病毒、疱疹病毒、慢性荨麻疹、脓疱性银屑病等多种疾病,还可作为药物载体与食品甜味剂使用,广泛应用于医疗、食品、化工等领域。综述了近年来关于甘草甜素研究的国内外文献,总结了甘草甜素的重要药理作用及其应用途径,以期为甘草甜素的合理应用与开发提供依据。Glycyrrhizin is an important active component in Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizome) and has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, liver protection, neuroprotective, anti-cancerand other pharmacological effects. It can be used for the treatment of hepatitis, liver fibrosis, liver cancer, SARS-CoV, COVID-19, herpes virus, chronic urticaria, pustular psoriasis and other diseases. It also can be used as a drug carrier and food sweetener, widely used in medical treatment, food, chemical fields. This article reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on the research of glycyrrhizin in the recent years and summarized the important pharmacological effects and application methods of glycyrrhizin, in order to provide a basis for the rational application and development of glycyrrhizin.
