摘 要:回热式低温制冷机在空间探测和地面实验中都有重要应用,但是在液氦温区工质氦气的体积比热容高于目前几乎所有的蓄冷材料,导致回热器效率低下。直接使用活性炭吸附一部分工质氦气作为蓄冷填料是一种潜在的解决方案。基于4∼10 K温度区间内吸附量的实验数据,建立了低温动态吸附计算模型,分析了液氦温区动态吸附特性对回热器性能参数的影响。结果表明,高频、低温、高压和较小的相位差有利于减小温度波动,提高回热器效率。The regenerative refrigerators have important applications in space explorations and ground experiments,but the volumetric specific heat capacity of the working fluid helium in the liquid helium temperature zone is higher than that of almost all currently known regenerator materials,resulting in low efficiency of the regenerator.It is a potential solution to directly use activated carbon to adsorb a part of the working fluid helium as the regenerator materials.Based on the experimental data of the adsorption capacity in the temperature range of 4∼10 K,a low-temperature dynamic adsorption calculation model was established,and the influence of the dynamic adsorption characteristics on the performance of the regenerator was analyzed.The results show that high frequency,low temperature,high pressure and small phase difference are beneficial to reduce temperature fluctuations and improve the efficiency of the regenerator.
