摘 要:针对现有半经验半理论模型未考虑钢筋混凝土厚靶中钢筋的作用,考虑了钢筋对开坑深度的影响,通过引入综合影响系数γ简化有限靶板的自由面反射以及钢筋等因素对侵彻阻力的影响并对后坑高度进行修正。验证了模型的准确性。运用数值模拟方法研究钢筋不同配筋方式与综合影响系数γ的关系,结果表明:改变钢筋直径对剩余速度的影响较小,而钢筋网格间距的大小影响弹体贯穿钢筋混凝土厚靶的侵彻结果,钢筋网格间距越小,剩余速度越小,综合影响系数γ越大;拟合得到综合影响系数γ与无量纲的钢筋网格尺寸呈指数关系,可以预测修正模型在不同配筋方式下的剩余速度,可为钢筋混凝土靶的防护设计提供参考。In view of the fact that the existing semi-empirical and semi-theoretical models do not fully consider the role of steel in the reinforced concrete thick target,considering the impact of steel on the depth of the scab,the penetration resistance was simplified by introducing the comprehensive influence coefficientγto simplify the free surface reflection of the finite target plate and the influence of steel bars and other factors,and the height of the rear crater was corrected,and the accuracy of the model was verified by the experimental results.We used numerical simulation method to study the relationship between steel bar and comprehensive influence coefficientγunder different reinforcement methods,and the results show that changing the steel bar diameter has little effect on the residual velocity,while the change of the steel grid size has a certain impact on the penetration result of the projectile penetrating of the reinforced concrete thick target.The smaller the steel grid size,the smaller the residual velocity,and the bigger comprehensive influence coefficientγ.The result of the fitting is that the comprehensive influence coefficientγhas an exponential relationship with the dimensionless steel mesh size,which can predict the residual speed of the modified model under different reinforcement methods,which can provide a reference for the protection design of reinforced concrete targets.
