摘  要:以小口径自动步枪枪弹和身管为研究对象。建立身管温度场有限元模型,在传热学的基础上结合内弹道计算结果分析身管传热,得到连射情况下的身管温度场,并以此为边界建立连发射击身管-弹丸热力耦合有限元模型,加载内弹道膛压曲线,采用有限元显示动力学分析弹丸膛内变形以及运动特性。研究结果表明:温度升高引起弹丸材料变形和应力变化是导致弹丸产生摆动速度与位移的主要原因,温度越高,弹丸膛口扰动越剧烈、射弹散布越大;温度升高对弹丸膛内扰动主要体现在身管后半段。研究结果可为研究不同状况下弹丸运动特性与减小射弹散布提供参考。Taking the cartridges and barrels of small-caliber automatic rifles as research subjects,we established the finite element model of temperature field of barrel and carried out the heat transfer analysis of the tube based on the heat transfer theory and the calculation results of the interior ballistic,obtained the barrel temperature field under continuous firing,and the thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of barrel and bullet was established based on this boundary condition.Loaded the bore pressure curve of internal ballistic,and the deformation and motion characteristics of projectile in the bore were analyzed by finite element display dynamics.The results show that:the deformation and stress change of bullet material caused by temperature rise is the direct cause of lateral velocity and displacement of bullet.The higher the temperature is,the more severe the disturbance of bullet in the muzzle is;The influence of barrel temperature field on bullet muzzle velocity is much less than that on bullet transverse velocity and displacement;The influence of temperature rise on the disturbance in bullet is mainly reflected in the latter half of barrel.The results can provide reference for studying bullet motion and reducing dispersion under different conditions.
