摘 要:为促进六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)在推进剂中的应用,综述了CL-20降感处理技术及其在改性双基(CMDB)推进剂中应用的最新进展。结果表明,通过表面包覆降感技术、共晶降感技术和微纳米球形化降感技术均可有效制备出低感CL-20,但为提高低感CL-20的能量释放率,在表面包覆降感技术和共晶降感技术中应尽可能地选取含能且稳定的包覆剂和共晶配合物;微纳米球形化降感技术是制备低感CL-20较为稳定且有效的手段。将CL-20引入CMDB推进剂可以提高推进剂的能量水平,但压强指数升高、能量释放不充分和感度高,通过调整催化剂及添加Al粉可有效降低压强指数及提升能量释放率,通过低感CL-20的应用可有效降低CL-20基CMDB推进剂感度,说明CL-20在高能CMDB推进剂中具有广阔的应用前景。In order to promote the engineering application of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazatetracyclo[5.5.0.0^(5,9).0^(3,11)]dodecane(CL-20)in propellants,the recent development of the desensitization treatment technique for CL-20 and its application in composite modified double base(CMDB)propellants were reviewed.The results show that low sensitivity CL-20 can be effectively prepared by surface coating desensitization,co-crystal desensitization and micro nano spheroidization desensitization techniques.However,to improve the energy release rate of low sensitivity CL-20,stable energetic coating agents and co-crystal complexes were selected as far as possible in surface coating desensitization and co-crystal desensitization techniques.Micro nano spheroidization desensitization is a more reliable and valuable means to produce low sensitivity CL-20.Introducing CL-20 in the CMDB propellants can improve the energy level of propellants,but there are still some problems,such as the increase of pressure exponent,insufficient energy release and high sensitivity.The pressure exponent,energy release rate and sensitivity of CL-20 based CMDB propellants can be efficiently optimized by adjusting the catalyst,adding Al powder and the application of low sensitivity CL-20,respectively.This indicates that CL-20 has great potential for high energy CMDB propellants.
