摘 要:为了减小弹药爆炸电磁辐射对测试的影响,提出了一种铝、坡莫合金组成双层屏蔽结构,采用Ansoft Maxwell对其屏蔽效果进行了仿真,与铝壳、钢壳的屏蔽效果对比,并进行了验证。结果表明:在模拟爆炸场环境中,3种壳体内的磁感应强度铝壳的最大为3.3391×10^(-7) T;钢壳为1.9601×10^(-7) T;采用双层屏蔽的为5.7605×10^(-12) T,可知铝壳的电磁屏蔽效果最差。有双层屏蔽后电路板上的磁场强度与其他2种相比,下降到后者的万分之一。在实际测试中,铝与坡莫合金的双层屏蔽结构能有效的屏蔽爆炸的电磁辐射,测试结果受到的影响最小,信噪比最大。In order to reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation from explosion on testing,this paper proposed a double-layer shielding structure composed of aluminum and permo alloy,and used Ansoft Maxwell to simulate its shielding effect,and compared it with the shielding effect of aluminum shell and steel shell,and verified it through experiments.The results show that the maximum magnetic induction intensity of aluminum shell is 3.3391×10^(-7) T in the simulated explosion field environment.The steel shell is 1.9601×10^(-7) T;It is 5.7605×10^(-12) T for double-layer shielding,so the electromagnetic shielding effect of aluminum shell is the worst.The strength of the magnetic field on the circuit board with the double shield drops to one-thousandth of that of the other two.In the actual test,the double-layer shielding structure of aluminum and permo alloy can effectively shield the electromagnetic radiation from explosion,and the test results are minimally affected,and the signal-to-noise ratio is the largest.
