摘　　要：在第四次工业革命的大背景下,中国钢铁工业需要顺应发展潮流,实现数字化转型,宝山钢铁股份有限公司积极思考与探索中国制造的转型升级道路。宝钢股份面向未来的钢铁智慧制造创新实践,将智慧制造作为公司的五大战略能力之一,初步实现以“四个一律”为特征的1.0阶段;率先重构行业第一家面向未来的、满足大数据分析和人工智能应用的大数据中心,迎来以“三跨融合”为特征的2.0智能制造阶段。同时,对面向宝武集团乃至全行业的“钢铁工业大脑”等未来场景进行了思考与展望。Under the background of the fourth industrial revolution,China’s iron and steel industry needs to comply with the development trend and realize digital transformation.As a leading enterprise in the iron and steel industry,Baoshan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.actively considers and explores the transformation and upgrading path of China’s manufacturing industry.This paper introduces the future oriented steel smart manufacturing innovation practice of Baosteel.Baosteel takes smart manufacturing as one of the company’s five strategic capabilities and initially realizes the 1.0 stage characterized by“Four Unifications”.This paper focuses on some of the achievements.In addition,it expounds the first big data center in the industry that is oriented to the future and meets the application of big data analysis and artificial intelligence,and the exploration of 2.0 intelligent manufacturing characterized by“three-span integration”.At the same time,the future scenarios such as“steel industry brain”facing Baowu group and even the whole industry are considered and prospected.
