摘 要:按照国家计量规范JJF 1059.1—2012自下而上(Bottom-Up)方法和GB/T 27411—2012自上而下(Top-Down)的控制图法、精密度法分别评定了火花发射光谱法测定锰含量在2.0%左右的不确定度,并比较了三种评定方法的差异。采用自下而上方法评定的不确定度与自上而下的控制图法基本一致,而采用自上而下的精密度法评定结果明显大于前二者。自下而上方法评定法可获得各确定度分量影响程度,但在实际使用中有时存在难度;自上而下的控制图法评定与检测过程质量控制相结合具有较高的应用价值;自上而下的精密度法评定较方便得到检测的最大不确定度,具有较高的参考价值。Three methods of the measurement uncertainty of Mn content which is 2.0%determined by spark emission spectrometry are evaluated by bottom-up method according to JJF 1059.1—2012,and control chart and precision method which are top-down ones according to GB/T 27411—2012.The differences of three evaluation methods were compared.The measurement uncertainty value by bottom-up method is almost the same as that by top-down control chart method,while the result by top-down precision method is obviously greater than that of the former two methods.The bottom-up method can obtain the influence degree of each component,but sometimes it is difficult in practical use.The top-down control chart method is combined with quality control of measure process and it has higher application value.The top-down precision method is more convenient to obtain the maximum measurement uncertainty,and has higher reference value.
