摘 要:研究了冷轧带钢头尾厚度跳跃的基本特征及其主要的影响因素。冷轧带钢头尾厚度跳跃主要表现为轧硬卷或者退火卷的带钢头或(和)带钢尾存在短距离的厚度跳跃式突变。通过调整冷轧轧机1#机架出口AGC反馈、1#机架出口AGC前馈放大倍数等措施,减少热卷头尾厚度波动对轧硬卷头尾厚度跳跃的影响。通过5#机架恒轧制力的张力调整等措施,对轧硬卷头尾厚度控制进行了优化。通过采取上述措施,明显减少了冷轧带钢头尾厚度的波动,冷轧带钢头尾厚度跳跃的返修率从原3.8%降低为1.0%。The characteristics and influencing factors of head and tail thickness deviation of cold rolled strip was discussed.The thickness deviation is mainly manifested in the short-distance thickness jump mutation of strip head or(and)strip tail after cold rolling or annealing.The thickness failure is mainly caused by the thickness of hot rolled strip.By adjusting the AGC feedback at the exit of cold rolling mill 1#stand and the AGC feedforward magnification at the exit of 1#stand,the control of strip head and tail thickness is optimized and the influence of the thickness fluctuation of hot coil is reduced.By adjusting the tension of 5#stand with constant rolling force,the thickness deviation of cold rolled strip is optimized.The head and tail thickness deviation is significantly reduced,and the repair rate is reduced from 3.8%to 1.0%.
