益气化瘀补肾方联合抗阻运动治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气化瘀补肾方联合抗阻运动治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效及对骨密度(BMD)、骨钙素(BGP)的影响。方法:选择150例原发性骨质疏松症患者,采用抽签法分为试验组(n=50)、联合对照组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。试验组给予抗阻运动加内服益气化瘀补肾方治疗,联合对照组给予抗阻运动加口服阿伦磷酸钠治疗,对照组予口服阿伦磷酸钠治疗,三组均连续治疗3个月。比较三组临床疗效、BMD、生活质量评分(SF-36)、BGP、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、β-I型胶原羧基末端交联肽(β-CTX)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医证候总积分变化情况。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率96.00%,联合对照组总有效率78.00%,对照组总有效率72.00%,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组BMD、SF-36评分高于联合对照组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组BGP水平高于联合对照组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组BALP、β-CTX水平低于联合对照组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组VAS评分、中医证候总积分低于联合对照组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:应用益气化瘀补肾方联合抗阻运动治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效较好,可有效改善患者BMD、BGP水平。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen decoction combined with anti-obstructive exercise in the treatment of primary osteoporosis and its effect on bone mineral density(BMD)and osteocalcin(BGP).Methods:150 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and divided into experimental group(n=50),combined control group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by lottery.The experimental group were given anti-resistance exercise and Yiqi Huayu Bushen decoction.The combined control group were given anti-resistance exercise and alendronate.The control group were given alendronate.All the groups were continuously treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,BMD,SF-36,BGP,BALP,β-CTX,VAS and TCM syndrome score were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,the total effective rate of the combined control group was 78.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.00%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BMD and SF-36 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the combined control group and the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of BGP in the experimental group was higher than those in the combined control group and the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of BALP andβ-CTX in the experimental group were lower than those in the combined control group and the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and TCM syndrome score of the experimental group were lower than those in the combined control group and the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Huayu Bushen decoction combined with anti-obstructive exercise has significant effect on the treatment of primary osteoporosis,which can effectively improve BMD and BGP levels.
