摘　　要：李教授认为免疫性不孕症病机属本虚标实,以肝肾亏虚为本,以肝郁、血瘀、湿热为标。治疗应遵循标本兼顾的原则,在补益肝肾的同时,疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、清利湿热。李教授根据月经周期,提出以六味地黄汤加减分期论治免疫性不孕症,经后期肾阴不足,重在养血滋阴;经间期重阴转阳,在滋阴的基础上加入理气活血药物以益气活血,促进阴阳转化;经前期阴消阳长,治以滋阴扶阳;行经期重阳转阴,治以行气活血化瘀。Professor LI believes that the pathogenesis of immune infertility is Benxu Biaoshi,the deficiency is mainly Ganshen Kuixu,and its standard is Ganyu,Xueyu,Shi’re.The treatment should follow the principle of taking both samples into consideration,with Buyi Ganshen,Shugan Jieyu,Huoxue Huayu,Qingli Shi’re.According to the menstrual cycle,professor LI proposed the treatment of immune infertility with modified Liuwei Dihuang prescription.In menstruation later period with Shenyin Buzu treatment pay attention to Ziyin Yangxue.In the interphase with Zhongyang Zhuanyin,on the basis of Ziyin combined with Liqi Huoxue to Yiqi Huoxue Yinyang Zhuanhua.In menstruation early period with Yinxiao Yangzhang were given treatment of Ziyin Fuyang.During menstruation pay attention to Yangzhuan Yin,were given Xingqi Huoxue Huayu.
