摘 要:随着移动通信技术的高速发展,频率资源越来越匮乏,人们不得不在相近的频率载波上传输不同的信息。为防止不同信息之间相互干扰,插入损耗小、带外抑制度高的微型带通滤波器已成为通信接收机必不可少的关键模块。分析了Wi-Fi接收机的典型使用场景,提出了Wi-Fi接收机前端带通滤波器的设计指标,采用先进设计系统(ADS)和HFSS软件完成了发卡型悬置带状线滤波器的设计、建模和仿真。仿真结果表明,采用Rogers板材的悬置带状线发卡滤波器性能优越,带内插损、带外抑制、滤波器尺寸等指标均满足设计要求,该滤波器可广泛应用在卫星通信、雷达和电子战等领域。With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,frequency resources are increasingly scarce.People are forced to transmit different information on similar frequency carri-ers.In order to prevent mutual interference between different informations,micro-band-pass filter with low insertion loss and high out-of-band rejection has become an indispensable key module in communication receiver.This paper analyzes the typical use scenarios of Wi-Fi receiver,puts for-ward the design specifications of front-end band-pass filter inside Wi-Fi receiver,and uses advanced design system(ADS)and HFSS software to complete the design,modeling and simulation of hair-pin suspended stripline filter.The simulation results show that the performance of suspended strip-line hairpin filter using Rogers substrate is superior,and the pass-band insertion loss,out-of-band suppression,filter size and other specifications meet the design requirements.The filter can be widely used in satellite communication,radar and electronic warfare,etc..
