摘  要:气体置换法密度分析仪以气体为测量介质,测量过程中气体和环境温度的波动对密度测量值的影响显著。为了减弱温度变化的影响,开发了一套集成气体孔道与腔体为一体的金属材料模块,将压力与温度传感器嵌于模块内部腔体,气体通过模块表面的座装式电磁阀在各孔道间流动,测量过程中气体始终置于集成模块形成的稳定温度场中。同时,建立了参考腔和测量腔体积校准算法与材料密度测量算法,并对多种标准物质进行了测量。结果表明:无论气体和环境温度如何波动,体积系数始终保持稳定,密度测量值的重复性小于3‰,真值相对误差小于2‰。Pycnometer based on gas displacement method uses gas as the medium,but the density value is greatly affected by the gas owing to gas and environment temperature fluctuation during the measurement.A metal material block integrated with channels and chambers was developed to reduce the influence of temperature change.The pressure and temperature sensors were embedded in the cavity of the block,the gas flows between the channels through the plate mounted solenoid valve on the surface of the block.During the measurement,the gas works in the stable temperature environment formed from the block.Meanwhile,the volume calibration algorithm of reference and measurement cavity and the algorithm of the material density measurement were established,and densities of standard materials were measured.The result shows that the volume coefficient remained stable regardless of the temperature fluctuation.The density value repeatability is less than 3‰,and the relative error is less than 2‰.
