摘  要:福建某选铜尾矿采用"一粗两精一扫"选硫工艺仅获得含硫41.79%、硫回收率47.63%的硫精矿。本文通过工艺矿物学研究及药剂制度优化,采用"两粗两精-粗精矿再磨再选"工艺获得含硫48.78%(有效硫46.29%)、回收率为50.39%的优-Ⅱ级硫精矿,再通过"再筛分"获得含硫51.83%(有效硫含量>48%)、作业回收率66.02%的优-Ⅰ级硫精矿。此新工艺流程结构简单、可操作性强,大幅度提升了硫精矿的综合回收率,同时也提高了硫精矿资源附加值。A concentrator in Fujian adopted the "one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging" process formerly, which only the sulfur concentrate with grade of 41.79% and recovery of 47.63% was obtained. Through the process mineralogy research and the optimization of reagent system, we adopted the process of "two roughing and two cleaning-coarse concentrate regrinding and reconcentration", which obtain the sulfur concentrate with grade of 48.78%( available sulfur 46.29%) and recovery of 50.39% with grade excellent-Ⅱ. What’s more, the sulfur concentrate with grade of 51.83%( available sulfur > 48%) and operation recovery of 66.02% with grade excellent-Ⅰ could be obtained by "re-sizing". The new process has simple structure and strong operability, which greatly improves the comprehensive recovery of sulfur concentrate and the sulfur concentrateregrinding.
