摘　　要：目的探讨接纳与承诺疗法(acceptance and commitment therapy,ACT)对食管癌术后患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2020年3月收治的100例食管癌术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施ACT疗法。比较2组心理灵活性、焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的变化。结果干预后观察组接纳和行动问卷(acceptance and acton questionnaire-2nd edition,AAQ-Ⅱ)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)得分均低于对照组(t=6.04,P<0.01;t=2.25,P=0.03;t=4.39,P<0.01),生命质量核心量表(quality of life questionnaire-core 30,QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组(t=3.71,P<0.01)。结论接纳与承诺疗法能提高食管癌术后患者的心理灵活性,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,进而提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on negative emotions and life quality of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with esophageal cancer between April 2019 and March 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 50,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with ACT.The psychological flexibility,anxiety and depression and life quality were evaluated using the acceptance and action questionnaire-2nd edition(AAQ-Ⅱ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)respectively,and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the AAQ-Ⅱ,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.04,P<0.01;t=2.25,P=0.03;t=4.39,P<0.01),while the QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than that of the latter(t=3.71,P<0.01).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy can improve the psychological flexibility of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,relieve their anxiety and depression and improve their life quality.
