摘 要:弹性胶泥在体积压缩时储存能量,在流动时消耗能量,具有优良的缓冲减震性能,可用于多种缓冲装置.根据弹性胶泥的压缩特性及流动特性,建立了一种应用弹性胶泥的缓冲装置力学模型,并以某火炮为例,设计了一种以弹性胶泥为缓冲介质的反后坐装置.通过动力学建模及分析,研究了该种反后坐装置的性能及结构参数对缓冲特性的影响.结果表明,该种反后坐装置可有效减小最大后坐阻力,且复进平稳,无明显冲击,可以根据工程需要,通过调整其结构参数来获得不同的后坐特性,以满足不同的缓冲要求.The elastomer can store and consume energy by compressing volume and flowing,so it could be used in various buffer devices because of its excellent buffer performance.According to the compression characteristics and flow characteristics of elastomer,a mechanical model of buffer device using elastomer was proposed.Taking a gun as an example,a recoil device using elastomer as buffer medium was designed.Through dynamic modeling and analyzing,the performance of the recoil device and the influence of structural parameters on the cushioning characteristics were studied.The results show that the recoil device can effectively reduce the maximum recoil resistance,and the reentry is stable without obvious impact.According to the engineering needs,different recoil characteristics can be obtained by adjusting its structural parameters to meet different cushioning requirements.
