摘  要:试验选用超声与NaOH法对玉米秸秆进行联合预处理,通过分析预处理后秸秆还原糖含量、组分变化量、厌氧发酵产气量等参数,对预处理的条件进行优化。试验结果表明:3%NaOH浓度,浸泡时间为48 h,超声功率为80 W,超声温度为50℃的预处理条件下,还原糖含量较高,为0.0947 g·g^(-1)。联合试验组产气量比单一超声处理组提高了23%,比单一NaOH预处理产气量提高了7%,比未处理组提高了79%。预处理前后玉米秸秆的组分含量,联合预处理后的秸秆木质素和半纤维素降解最多,而纤维素含量显著增加。The ultrasonic and NaOH methods were used to pretreat corn stalks,and the pretreatment conditions were optimized by analyzing the reducing sugar content,component changes and anaerobic fermentation gas production after pretreatment.The experimental results showed that under the pretreatment conditions of 3%NaOH concentration,soaking time 48 h,ultrasonic power 80 W and ultrasonic temperature 50℃,the content of reducing sugar was higher,which was 0.0947 g·g^(-1).The gas production of the combined test group was 23%higher than that of the single ultrasonic treatment group,7%higher than that of the single NaOH pretreatment group,and 79%higher than that of the untreated group.Before and after pretreatment,lignin and hemicellulose degradation of corn stalks were the most,while cellulose content increased significantly.
