摘  要:研究利用自制趋光装置在室内测定了西花蓟马成虫对不同波长单色光(253~700 nm)的趋光行为反应,筛选出敏感波长的光,并制定相应的粘虫板进行田间诱集效果研究,为开发和生产防治西花蓟马的诱虫灯和粘虫板提供合理依据。结果表明,西花蓟马对不同波长单色光均有趋性,无负趋光性,其对黄色光(570.5 nm)和蓝色光(468.5 nm)的趋性最强,趋光率均为83.34%;对黄色光(570.5 nm)的趋光位移最大,达到31.87 cm,综合比较黄色光(570.5 nm)对西花蓟马的诱集效果较好,室内趋光结果与对照相比差异显著。通过室内筛选适合防治西花蓟马的粘虫板,结果表明,黄色粘虫板(570.5 nm)和蓝色粘虫板(468.5 nm)对西花蓟马的诱集效果最好,在一天中,诱集到西花蓟马峰值时间主要集中在8:00~10:00时、14:00~16:00时两个时段。在田间黄、蓝色粘虫板诱集效果研究,结果显示黄色粘虫板(570.5 nm)对西花蓟马的诱集效果显著高于蓝色粘虫板,24 h平均诱集量可达到27.69±6.65头·板^(-1)。在生产上可制作570.5 nm波长的诱虫灯和黄色粘虫板(570.5 nm)来防治西花蓟马。The phototactic response of adult Frankliniella occidentalis to monochromatic light with different wavelengths(253~700 nm)was measured in laboratory by using self-made phototactic device,and the light with sensitive wavelengths was selected,and the corresponding armyworm board was developed to study the field trapping effect,so as to provide a reasonable basis for the development and production of insect traps and armyworm boards for controlling F.occidentalis.The results showed that F.occidentalis had a tropism to monochromatic light of different wavelengths,without negative phototaxis.It had the strongest tropism to yellow light(570.5 nm)and blue light(468.5 nm),and the phototaxis rate was 83.34%;the phototaxis shift to yellow light(570.5 nm)was the largest,reaching 31.87 cm,Comprehensive comparison of yellow light(570.5 nm)had a better trapping effect on F.occidentalis,and the indoor phototaxis results were significantly different compared with the control.Through indoor screening of suitable sticky insect boards for the control of F.occidentalis,the results showed that the yellow sticky insect boards(570.5 nm)and blue sticky insect boards(468.5 nm)had the best trapping effects on F.occidentalis,in one day,the peak time of trapping to F.occidentalis was mainly concentrated in the two periods of 8:00~10:00 and 14:00~16:00.In the field study on the trapping effect of yellow and blue sticky worm plates,the results showed that the yellow sticky worm plate(570.5 nm)had a significantly higher trapping effect on F.occidentalis than the blue sticky worm plate,and the average trapping amount in 24 hours can reach 27.69±6.65 board^(-1).
