摘  要:针对整体叶盘抛光磨具砂布页轮,进行磨具表面形貌测量与建模。采用自动变焦三维表面测量仪对P240、P320两种粒度采样砂布页片的表面形貌进行扫描,分析并获得磨粒分布密度、磨粒出刃高度分布等特征参数,继而通过二维数字滤波技术和傅里叶变换法生成具有指定自相关函数的粗糙表面。通过分析砂布页轮柔性特征,分别针对静态及动态砂布页轮表面形貌建立模型,获得了不同状态下的砂布页轮表面形貌,为研究砂布页轮抛光表面形成机理提供理论支持。For the blisk polishing tool belt flapwheel,the surface morphology of the polishing tool was measured and modeled.The automatic zoom three-dimensional surface measuring instrument was used to scan the surface morphology of the P240 and P320 sampled belts to analyze and obtain characteristic parameters such as the distribution density and the height distribution of abrasive grains.Then,through the two-dimensional digital filtering technology and the Fourier transform method,a rough surface with a specified autocorrelation function was generated.By analyzing the flexible characteristics of the belt flapwheel,models were established for the surface morphology of the static and dynamic belt flapwheel respectively,and the surface morphology of the belt flapwheel under different conditions was obtained,which provided support for the formation mechanism of the workpiece surface polished by the belt flapwheel.
