五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合帕拉米韦治疗小儿流感肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合帕拉米韦治疗小儿流感肺炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治小儿痰热闭肺型流感肺炎患儿136例,随机分为两组。对照组给予帕拉米韦;观察组在帕拉米韦治疗基础上加用五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组住院时间、退热时间、咳嗽基本消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在帕拉米韦治疗基础上给予五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗小儿流感肺炎的疗效显著,能够明显促进症状缓解,减少住院时间,提高免疫力。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuhu decoction and Tingli Dazhao Xiefei modified decoction combined with peramivir in the treatment of influenza pneumonia in children.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,136 children with influenza pneumonia of phlegm-heat blocking lung pattern were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with peramivir.The observation group was treated with Wuhu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei modified decoction on the basis of peramivir treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The length of hospital stay,antipyretic time,basic disappearance time of cough and lung moist rales disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of peramivir treatment,the treatment of Wuhu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei modified decoction has a significant effect on influenza pneumonia in children,which can significantly promote the relief of symptoms,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve immunity.
