摘  要:随着军事和科技的发展,热障涂层应用技术已成为现代国防尖端技术中最重要的技术之一。而高熵热障涂层陶瓷材料具有高温相稳定性、超低热导率、耐腐蚀性强、热膨胀系数和断裂韧性较高等优点,可为高温合金基底提供良好的热防护,在航空航天、航海和核能等领域有重要的应用前景。对国内外已报道的高熵热障涂层陶瓷候选材料进行系统性分类总结,重点介绍了新型高熵热障涂层陶瓷材料的设计方法、结构类型及其性能特征,为高熵陶瓷在热障涂层材料领域的发展和应用思路。Application of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is increasing in a variety of commercial and military fields associated with high temperatures.Accordingly,the quest for developments related to TBC systems is considered a key area of research.Numerous TBCs materials based on the new high-entropy concept have been developed.It is noteworthy that many of these materials possess technologically appealing and tunable properties,such as high phase stability,ultralow thermal conductivity,excellent corrosion resistance,large thermal expansion coefficient,and outstanding fracture toughness.All these features make them attractive in the fields of aerospace,navigation,and nuclear energy.The present study focuses on the recent development of high-entropy-based TBCs materials.Major themes in this assessment include a taxonomy of current ceramics families,microstructures,physical properties,and future applications.This review is expected to shed light on the fundamental investigations and further TBCs applications of the recently developed highentropy ceramics.
